40 Years in the Making.

For four decades, we've had the privilege of bringing ideas to life, building lasting relationships, and keeping the promises we've made.

As we celebrate this milestone, we're grateful to every client, partner, supplier, employee, and friend who has been part of our journey.

This celebration belongs to all of us.

Moments That Defined Us.

Some of our proudest moments weren't planned. They were earned when our clients needed us most.

When a Plane Ticket Was the Solution.

Just one week before a major product launch, we received a call from the supplier producing 160,000 custom tennis balls for our client, Berlex Labs. They couldn't meet the critical delivery deadline, and missing it wasn't an option.

Our team immediately assembled 10 members of the Promotional Images family and flew through a winter blizzard to Long Branch, New Jersey, ready to help get production back on track.

When we arrived, we discovered an unexpected challenge: the production operation was far smaller than we anticipated, with tennis balls stacked from floor to ceiling and very little room to work.
We quickly reorganized the workspace, created an assembly-line production process, and worked alongside the supplier to get production back on schedule.

The first 40,000 tennis balls were printed, packed, and shipped in time for the client's launch, with the remaining order delivered shortly afterward.

13,650 Scratch-Offs. One Weekend.

When a supplier informed us at the last minute that they couldn't produce 13,650 scratch-off tickets
for a client's event, failure simply wasn't an option. The tickets were essential—they directed attendees to prize booths throughout the event.

Victoria, one of our Client Services Representatives, immediately found a solution. She had the ticket stock printed locally, ordered scratch-off material overnight, and then spent the entire weekend hand-applying all 13,650 scratch-off stickers with the help of her husband.

The tickets were delivered on time, the event was a success, and our client never had to worry.

Sometimes going above and beyond means giving up your weekend so your client doesn't have to give up theirs.

Helping a Great Cause Cross the Finish Line.

Less than two weeks before a trade show, one of our clients called with an urgent request.
In addition to a tight deadline, every piece of artwork—including dozens of pet photos—still needed to be created and formatted. Our graphics team immediately got to work.
Paul, our Graphic Services Director, transformed the artwork, prepared every file for production, and helped deliver a custom table cover and promotional giveaways just in time for the event.

The trade show was a success, and so was the mission behind it—helping more rescue dogs find loving homes.

The best projects aren't always the biggest. Sometimes they're the ones that make the biggest difference.

Built on a Promise.

Over the years, our products have evolved, our team has grown, and our industry has changed. But one thing has never changed.

"Do what you say you're going to do."

These words, passed down from John Connelly's father, became the foundation of Promotional Images. More than a motto, they've guided every relationship we've built, every commitment we've made, and every decision we've made since 1986.

Our Greatest Strength Is Our People.

In 1986, one embroidery machine in a two-car garage became the start of something much bigger.

Today, Promotional Images continues to grow with the same passion, purpose, and commitment that inspired its beginning.

Hear from our founder, John Connelly, as he shares the story behind Promotional Images.

Here's to the Next Chapter.
